I covered a lot of miles this weekend but wasnt a bit tired.. The car is fab for the long haul... 33mpg each way ... Delighted with that ![;)]

Would a noisey air cooled 911 be the same company - I doubt it !

Great shots, but you missed the one of you throwing foreign coins in to the M6 Toll Booths? [;)]

Oh yes I forgot that one alrite Paul.....[:D]

Of course I didnt mention that I had a brief encounter in Manchester ! Went into a housing estate to ask directions

I inadvertently happened on the M6 Toll... I stopped the car, passenger window down, belt off, lean across, a ball of change into the basket - no go ... barrier not lifting ! Girl came over and I explained the case ... She informed me that I put Euro coins in the basket [:D]

I took a wrong turn after services and ended up on the M50 so I came off that and stopped at "The Rose and Crown" .. Woman told me the way to go and told me she did B&B if needed [:D]

I made a big mess up in Dublin last night - Ended up in Swords ! [&:]

As you guessed - No Sat-Nav ! I used maps and native cunning... Sat-Nav is for woosies [:D]

Same colour as my 220 Donal, a good mate has a 944 Turbo SE and a 964 Anniversary, he would take the 944 everytime for any thing long distance, mind you the aircooled flat six pees all over the 944 for soundtrack !
[:)]
Did you see my post about altering CO reading ?

What camera/lens combo do you use Mike? Noticed all your motorsport
Panning shots come out really well.

Thanks for comments, I use a Pentax K-m with usually a 55-300 Pentax DA-L lens, its entry level stuff, but I like to think its my 45+ years of using cameras that gets results, although its probably how many I take!

Jaysus Mike thats photo is just class... I just love it.....! You are some hand at the photography... ! I am getting that one framed for cert !

I am starting to tinker a bit at photo taking.. I hear people saying "I bet that camera takes a good picture" []which I always say "No its you that takes the picture" ... That photo is definately proof of that statement..... Superb ! [;)]
