A Hello from me :) and some advice required....

Hi Guys,

New guy saying hello :)

I'm just after some advice...

Ive got a 06 Cayman S with 19''Carrera S Alloys, when on full lock or almost full lock i get a funny issue with the front wheels they are popping/sliding/bouncing/hop/scuffing or something... Its not touching any part of the car but it like it breaking traction on the road surface.

This is front wheels and only when doing really tight turns or parking, it happens turning both ways.

I'm guessing its just the width of the tyres and the turning circle...

Anyone else get this or do i need to get it checked?

I had the same concern but it is normal - if disconcerting. A quick check on a couple of 911s at a local dealers revealed the same sounds as the Cayman. The noise with mine seems to have increased as the tyres have worn.
