"A 944" reg plate

Bit bored at work, had a look on reg transfers, £11295 for A 944, Or a bargain £9990 for 944 00. Before vat and other completely justified fees. Cracking value for money don't you think?

Always strikes me as daft to have the type of car written on the registration plate. A set of '944' badges from an OPC can't cost more than a few quid if you are missing the original ones ...

Oli.

I have 944T on my coupe at the moment, cost me £25,

can't use it (legally) on the road like that though!

'944GT' is for sale too... £10K. You've got to have a REALLY special Porsche 944 to be spending anything like this sort of money on a number plate. It'll be a long time before 944 values rise to the level that makes this look like a good investment [8|]

Maybe one day there will be "the new 944" although porsche don't seem to rehash old model names like others do. Shame.

I could get C610 VER, not very cherished you'd think, but would look like my name C GlOVER so wouldn't mind it. A few hundred quid? no, about £10k with all the fees. I don't understand this market

My 944 has POR 944T, think I should sell it? :p

Nice plate! You had your turbo long? Not seen any others in Glasgow in the 5 years I've had mine.

Thanks, I've had mine for 4 years. It's been to a few PCGB events and the occasional jaunt through Glasgow but usually stored away.
Think there might be a 944 meet soon, so hopefully will be there.

Cheers
John
