997.2 rear lights

Dear Forum, Im after your collective wisdom, again, please....
So the rear lights on my 997.2 are about to give up the ghost as the lens on the offside is cracked all the way across. Its currently bodged together with tape but its only a matter of time...
I have found some used rear lights (i have the clear 'Sport Classic' style) on Ebay, but they say they are for LHD only. Can there be any difference in the rear lights? The difference in cost is £300 for a used one, or £1400 for a new one that is on backorder for atleast 6-8weeks...
Any help would be greatly recieved.
