Hi all, just a note on forthcoming events and tips how to best benefit!

Sat 3rd April-Ventureshield open day, Sharnbrook, Bedford, -Porsche body protection-(see previous PPOst Carrera GT advert)-foc open morning, 1 lucky member to win £1000 value of Porsche body protection, followed by optional 3 course lunch at nearby Sharnbrook Vesuvio hotel, motoring themed, 3 course lunch £15 per person, (payable on day)-email bookings to myself please (John McGirl) 996@porscheclubgb.com for your places.

Modern Register event-PCGB Main events 2010-Boxster and Beyond-23rd May 2010-Porsche experience centre-Silverstone circuit-Northants-see next PPost-march edition-please pre-book to secure your complimentary circuit experience (1st 496 bookings secures same).
This event is nationally open to all PCGB members and Porsche owners, hence the places will go quickly, event is open to all but circuit spaces, as mentioned are limited hence this tip!


PCGB 996 Register/Regions 24/12-Formula Club 5/10-Service clinic and 111 point Porsche inspection day-Porsche centre Cambridge-home of 996 Register technical support-Sat 11th September 2010, refreshments, Porsche centre presentation, workshop, Porsche bodyshop, parts and showroom tours and good old Porsche chatter amongst friends like-minded, limited spaces so a tip, please pre-book via myself from now, forwarding your name, membership number, email and telephone and car type/index, I will secure your place early, foc, inspection alone worth circa £200, a detailed report will accompany same, no-obligatory 10-15 % discount on any service/repair work parts/labour, all welcomed, around 8 Porsche technicican workshop bays so probaly limited to 100 cars/inspections, expereince tells me these are popular events, I look forward to your booking.

PPS Silverstone Modern Register PCGB Main event-Event manpower request

Although local Regional help is being arranged if anyone is prepared to assist they will be offered event entry, lunch, displaying of their own Porsche and still enjoy the event but be pepared to be directed to marshalling of the Register cars around the circuit and any duties we need to distribute acordingly, arrival for 8am event briefing required. -please contact myself if desired for enrolling.
PLEASE NOTE YOU MAY HAVE TO HELP FOR A 5 HOUR PERIOD
This will be the biggest single event ever at the new Centre, as it is nationally open to all Porsche owners, we anticipate a large attendance hence we need to work closely with health and safety and general event/members/visitor safety and enjoyment to enhance a successful event..at present 30 places outstanding, all are welcomed to enrol on the basis of the T&C's above.
