Dear fellow 996 Register members
I am pleased to advise you all that yesterday, at the PCGB AGM 2010. we proudly collected from our Register director Barry Smith, the new David Golhooley Register of the year award.
Also we received a wonderful PCGB 996 Register barracudda type stand up banner, general Porsche type which will be fantastic for events, looks great and operationally quick, swift and easy to erect and pack away etc

Therefore with this lift of enthusiasm we hope to see many of you and your wonderful 996 cars at Boxster and Beyond-PCGB Modern Register event at Silverstone Porsche Experience centre. on 23rd May.

Pre-book via Porsche booking service detailed in Porsche Post to secure a ride/drive on the circuits or simply arrive and pay on the day, £10 per member, displaying your 996 infield with the other Modern Register cars.

Finally Charlie MacLoughlin has purchased a wonderful Turbo in guards red which we photographed at Cirencester yesterday, thanks to Stephen & Charlotte Mummerry we can utilise in June PPost copy, so well done Charlie, it is good enough to go straight into concours...
Anyone in London interested in joininig us for Chelsea Hospital AUTOLEGEND event in september is welcome for a place, please send an email to myself, some other Registers and London Region will be joining us for the event

Finally sorry to Peter Bull for the coffee spillage....a G&T (Ann Marie included) on me at Boxster and Beyond mate!

Best regards to all
