993tt - small cat dent, ok?

There's a small dent in the offside catalytic converter of my 993tt.

It's about 2 inches long, 1 inch high and 1/4 inch indented inwards.

It seems pretty harmless but I was wondering if anyone thought it was something I should get sorted? Perhaps exhaust gas flow will be restricted on that bank of cylinders as the cat core has been compressed?

Any advice appreciated.

Thanks Mark...... erm but I think I should tell you......I've since been told it's actually one of the heat ducting panels that is attached to the exhaust, and not actually the cat!

oops shows how much I know.

So false alarm, now let me go and hide somewhere.
