Just to let you know the Board has sanctioned a Special Display of 964RS and 993RS to celebrate the racing links with Porsche.

This will be in prime position opposite the Turbo display

I have space for ten cars total, 964RS and 993RS.

Myself and Julian will be liaising on this.

Need to know if you are available Sat and/or Sunday

Club will be sending out appropriate display passes in due course.
But one will still have to pay for entry!!

Hi Des, I was informed earlier in the week that my vehicle could not be used in the display as I am not a club member.

not sure if your refering to the blue car that was on display? Shared a taxi with the owner . My understanding was this was a development car? similar to Chris Whittle's old car. Only most of the bits that were on the car went missing / removed and the current owner is sourcing bits to restore it back?

The maritime blue 993(RS) was apparently built by 9meister from a badly crashed amethyst 993RS carpet at Oulton Park. According to Colin Belton.

That fits in with what he said. He was using a crashed car(from Ninemiester) to rebuild the blue one.

LHD to RHD lot of changes ... nice though
