992.1 CARRERA S - SPORT DESIGN PACKAGE

Good morning, I’ve just paid a deposit on a very beautiful 992.1 Carrera S Convertible. It has all the bells & whistles but one feature is giving me concern, namely Sport Design Package. I hadn’t considered if this might be an issue. The car does not have the front lift facilty.
I’m not concerned about speed bumps or potholes but occasionally I have to visit a Waitrose car park that has ramps to the different floors. They are not particularly steep but an alarm bell is ringing? I know the techniques of approaching at an angle but will this be enough? Anyone experienced this?

My first 992 was a 2019 Carrera S Cabrio with didn't have the Sports Design pack but did have the -10mm suspension and therefore had the deeper front spoiler (see image). I had a lot of issues with it catching over speed bumps and especially the wide versions we had in our road entry. Ended up having two replacement lower lip attachments.

When I ordered my 992 Targa 4 GTS, I specified the Front lift, and that was very useful without problems.

My current 992 is a base Carrera with std suspension and no SD body option. I don't have any problems with that when going over speed bumps......

Many thanks for your prompt and helpful response. I’m not in an area where we have a number speed bumps. I’m slightly more concerned about inclines in car parks, did you encounter any issues here?

Thank you…I try and avoid supermarket car parks due to Yummy Mummy’s who have no idea how large their SUVs are, however occasionally it’s necessary,
