981 side light replacement with 718 LED

All,

not sure if its been mentioned on here before? picked up my 981 again today from the OPC while I was doing handover I decided to fit the 718 LED indicator lights that I had ordered last week.

Not the cheapest upgrade, could of replaced the bulbs with LED one's for about 5% of the cost but I wanted the OEM look, circa £100 for both lamps.
 
Looking good, surprising the difference it makes, worth the cost as they look a lot sharper!

Have you looked at the replacement rear light pod? And has anyone fitted the replacement rear light pod to their vehicle? If so have you any photo's>

Not sure how the 718 rear laps would look on a 981 without the spoiler styling line running through them...?

 
I came across a You Tube vid on this styling. I shall see if I can find it again. But I thought they looked OK.
