Where were you?

I saw the odd ones and twos but no concentration in any one area.

I have to say though, that there was a quite a large turnout overall.

Ah long story. I got there late and the organisers could not recall where they they placed you et al. I looked for the cars I recalled - did not have the reg numbers - but over the 2 days I could not find anyone. Spoke to lots of other 964 and one 964 rs owners however. I was at the top of the field near the showers. I think you were in the third row half-way down but the two times I walked by there was nobody around. I could be wrong - as I say the folks could not recall where the 964 area was. By the time I got there there was certainly no space of me anywhere but the top area! Oh well.

Anyway had a great time and I hope you did as well. Great race! Having a fast sprint car on slicks when it was raining was a highlight! Brill driving but failed to catch that audi!

Alex,

I went looking for you on sat/sun but you'd gone off somewhere.........I was parked at the second row, a very difficult to miss GR 964 with GT3 wheels, the rest of the crew were parked behind a tree...well in the row by a tree anyways, I chatted with them a couple of times, but I guess my intense stare puts most people off, I can look intimidating with a wild stare and shaved head, so if anyone noticed my staring into the yonder.....its nothing personal. promise.

Kevin

aghhhhh - I thought it might be yours but when I passed it was short of anyone, and as I say the organisers could not recall where anyone was, or what they looked like. oh well...next year! Hope you had a great race. And avoided the 4, 5 speed traps I saw on the way back (calais route). Esp the 8 or so motorcycle police with their binocular spotter person! Almost wanted to stop and watch them ;-)
