964 Headlight Problem.....Help

anybody know where I can get one of these with a 4mm thread or captivated nut instead of a self tapping hole its to slip over the small braket in a 964 headlight bowl cos the headlight securing thread is knackered the theory being slip this over braket and hey presto what do yer reckon
