944s2 cam tensioner pads

Hi, I am after a bit of advice on the cam tensioner pads. I haven't took the cam cover off yet to inspect the pads so I'm unaware of their condition. Mileage is just over 107,000 miles.
1- Would you replace them if there is little wear and no signs of cracking just to be on the safe side?
2- What parts would you replace (top and bottom pads, just the top one, chain and tensioner aswell)
3- Where is the best place to buy them?
Thanks in advance for replies Node[;)]

Personally, if there's no evidence of them being changed in the history, or they're obviously new when you look at them:

1 - Absolutely yes
2 - All, both pads will be equally brittle and the chain stretches, wearing the cams.
3 - Porsche, as far as I know. [:)]

I agree with Paul but I didn't think it was necessary to change the tensioner itself.

Last year I bought the pads & chain from Promax. The pads aren't cheap - in fact, quite expensive for a couple of pieces of plastic!
