944 turbo at Furneux Pelham Festival & Show Saturday

I thought it would be very lazy of me not to take the car to the show and put her on display tomorrow.

A nice example of an original if not immaculate early 944 Turbo deserves an outing
and I could always drink wine and walk home [;)]

It's actually very good for a local show and gets folk from all over the South East/Anglia etc in vintage , 80's retro and even yank waggons. If anyone is at a loss you could always bring a 944 !

Yes m8ee very informal but you do get a wide range of cars. Best parking from 9 am just drive in to the village and the road is coned off but they roll you in so to speak. Show from 10 but you can lock up and come and go on foot all day.
Usual village festival craft show type rubbish too for the family and a nice fun dog show etc.
Also free tour of ' Mas Mansions' if required lol

My car is obviously work in progress and i've been doing little bits today but I know there will be cars that are driven & not just polished !

I've made up a little sign for each side window with the usual car show blurb on so I look professional.
I might even put my spare club register sticker in the screen. I promise I'm re joining now Ive got a Porsche again
but I have totally blown my budget this month.

I just thought it might be sociable and Mas mansions is only a mile up the road [;)]

I know at least one other Porsche from the village thats going , the owner is taking either an S2 or a 928
 
Ed and myself are both parked in the centre of the village o/s the church.
I hsve to be out with the kids 11 till 2 but then im at the festival until about midnight
(family beer tent etc)

Nice little event Mas, four 944s but no rear or mid engined examples? Anyway PCGB/Paul should be proud of our little register meet! Sorry to have missed you but met up with Ed and hope to catch you both at another event. Nice cars btw.
 
Sorry I missed you Martin , TBH I really would like a little trip out in an 'S' too.

It was a long day for me 8.30 am until the late hours ( family beer tent band etc) so lunchtime I took the kids to Karate which is like a religion in our house ! . In my defence I did send you my number to call me if we missed each other [:)]

If you go next year I may have to take a whole day off training lol
