924 wiper conversion to proper RHD?

Just wondering if anyone has tried reversing the position of the 924 wipers so they park on the left and sweep the right hand side of the windscreen on a RHD car properly?
Porsche were too lazy to convert the RHD 924s but it looks do-able as they did my oval dash 944 . . . but are there any pitfalls?
