924 Carrera GT

Just wondered if my old car was still around - anyone here seen it ?

It was one of the 75 RHD models - silver, with registration number JHV 527W owned by me about 10 years ago.

how many more owners are out there we must not let the 924 carrera gt be forgoten it is a fantastic car (i own a 911 supersport also. 924 gt is better)

keep the 924s going.

Hi Mark i know this car It was bought from Strasse. it is a nice Tidy car.

This is a fortuitous thread, as I am pondering one which is for sale (autotrader website)
How would I verify if it is bona fide? I have the VIN no, and reg no.
Anyone care to offer any advice on current values for these?

We have a book with Engine codes etc in if you pm me with data i will look in the book for you to see if i can help otherwise my partner who has alot of knowledge on these will.
 
1980 CGT prototypes had numbers in the range 93BN700001-00006
1980 CGT all had numbers in the range 93BN700051-0450
1980 CGTLM = 924001-004

1981 CGTS = WPOZZZ93ZBS710001 - 0059
1981 CGTR = WPOZZZ93ZBS720001 - 0012
and WPOZZZ93ZBS720014 - 0017
and WPOZZZ93ZBS720022

Thank you all, a chat with Ricky Ceasar has told me all I need to know.

1980 CGT all had numbers in the range 93BN700051-0450

Interesting, the above numbers are different from the ones quoted on the 924.org website, which I suspect is wrong. [&:]
