924-944-968 model picture thread

I don't think there's been a thread with pics of the various models of our cars on here before, so thought it'd be fun to start one (if nothing else it will at least be a contender for saddest thread of the year [;)]).

I've amassed quite a few over the years (mostly pretty poor ones) but am interested to see how many different ones have been made over the years.

To kick it off I've just received the new minimax 924gtr this morning which is quite a nice model (bought mainly as it has the same bumper as my car now wears [:D]). Interestingly the sister car (#87) looks identical except it has the bonnet scoop on the other side which seems rather odd, does anyone know why?

A very interesting thread to start Peter I wish I had bought the nile green cabriolet version of my car now it would make a fine addition it would be a good idea for posts to have the maker as I think minichamps are the closest in scale and detail I have 2 944 models one is Corgi and the other a cabriolet model made by High Speed of all the names to choose

Thanks Will, and brilliant pictures/collection Jon.

Here's a couple more 924CGTR/P racers, the one on the left is a Minichamps and the right is a tinwizard.

Ok, I lied, one more for tonight. This is bad pic of a NZG 1/43 scale Lux model which is the only one I've seen in this scale (there's always loads of S2/944T body shaped ones).

I discovered there was a new 924GTR model out from Spark, so had to treat myself. It turned up this morning and is a lovely model, so here's some pics:

Thanks, that looks fantastic, I've seen them listed (assuming it's the one that's also available in red) but never seen proper pics and hadn't realised how detailed it was. Think I'll have to get one of those in the new year [:D]

Holy thread resurrection! [:)]

Found a new model and this one's quite fascinating (well, to me at least). This GTR has a longer scoop on the bonnet and a very unusual (and wonderfully unsubtle) rear spoiler that look more like that of a 993 GT2 than anything else. I've never seen this car before, does anyone have any info on it?
