912 buying advice needed and car wanted

After 4 years of enjoying my 911 Carrera 3.2 I am looking for 1965-1969 912 in good condition - there are 3 red and 1 white 912 available at Revival Cars and a couple of yellow 912s for sale elsewhere in my budget but I would prefer black, grey or blue. How common are these 3 colours and does anyone know of a car for sale at a reasonable price?

There is a blue 912 on carandclassic.co.uk at 31k listed as being in London but on speaking to the seller it is currently in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

hi. i have just bought a 66, 912 untouched, from the states. this was after a 12 month search.

my steer would be: look for original paint, the least amount of restoration the better, dont worry where in the globe it is, importing is daunting but easy. swb rather than long.

common colours for sale are white, green and blue. black and grey very rarely come up..and command a premium.

good luck
