911 SC front fog wiring

I removed the bumper and valance today to have them tidied up and started prepping for a later 3.2 style valance and fog lights to go on. The PO removed the front fog lights and had a smooth valance, I was hoping the wiring was still there but doesn’t look like it. There is one cable there that was taped up but after offering one of the new fog lights up the connections are completely different.

so my questions are;

1. What is this cable / connector for?
2. Where would the original fog light wiring run

If that is indeed the supply just change the spades on the lights to males
I’ll need to try and see if there are wires free connected to the back of the fog light switch and check if there is if the cables match the colours running to this connector, would be a bit odd that I’d have to change the spades seeing as this is how the fogs come from factory but this would only solve one side, still missing any connection on the drivers side.

The wiring loom on the car actually has 2 sets of male spades;

I did some digging today and looks like the harness has been removed, the relay isn’t present where it should be. I think that other connector I found was for the headlight washers but that’s all been removed hence obsolete. The rear fog works when the headlights are on only whereas I believe the euro cars should work with the side lights on as well as full headlights.

The fog light switch itself only seems to have one function and that’s one pull out to activate the rear (light on switch goes off when pulled) there is no twist function one would expect to then switch on the front fogs independently.

So looks like I’m missing the harness
