'86 rear wheel bearing

Need a bit of advice. Rear wheel bearings on my '86 lux need replacing. Been told it's a huge job, full day at least.

Are there any solutions to replacing these without having to take the whole rear of the car apart.

Can anyone recommend a garage in the north east that would do this job?
 
I did one of mine in about 3-4 hours on my drive. I would think a pro in a proper workshop 3 hours a side max.
