I have been trying to source a secondhand Boxster 718S but not with any degree of success mainly due to wanting a nice spec car with PASM and a decent history. I had a Cayman 718S new about 9 years ago and had PASM on the car due to the harsh ride on 20” alloys without it.. Most of the cars for sale have 20” alloys so with the deterioration of roads and wanting to use it for daily driving for myself and my wife I felt that PASM was a must.
I am now considering the Boxster GTS as it has PASM as standard and other nice options as standard(although more expensive as a result).
The issue that I am trying to resolve concerns the ride and handling in comparison with a 718S Boxster with PASM and same size wheels. I know that the suspension is 10 or is it 20mm lower on the GTS so the ride is probably stiffer.
What do owners think of the GTS ride quality for daily use or other differences with the 718S.
