I’m new to the group as I’m about to take ownership of my new 356a Speedster replica. In anticipation of the delivery I would like to purchase an all weather cover and would appreciate any recommendations. Thank you.

Congrats on the Speedster - great cars, terrible roof (or lack of one), so a decent cover is a wise purchase before it even arrives.
For outdoor/all-weather use I'd steer well away from the cheap generic covers - they hold moisture against the paint and you'll get swirl marks from the wind flapping them about. Worth looking at Stormforce or Classic Additions, both do semi-tailored/tailored covers for the 356 and are properly breathable rather than just waterproof, which matters a lot if it's not garaged. Covercraft is another one that comes up a lot on here, though it's pricier once you factor in shipping/import.
If it's going in a garage rather than sitting outside, a fitted indoor cover (fleece-lined, like an Off-The-Wall or similar) is a cheaper and kinder option long term.
Worth posting your rough budget and whether it'll be kept outside or garaged - makes a big difference to what's actually worth buying.
