2005 955 3.2V6 What Oil?

Ok opening a can of worms, or unless someone can send me a link to an existing thread, 69500 miles 2005 955 3.2V6 …. What oil? As an oil change needed, 0W30? 5W30? Mobil 1, Shell, Liqui Moly, Castrol? have been procrastinating for a few hours! Help
