1984 3.2 Carrera - ECU required

My 1984 3.2 requires a new, or remanufactured, ECU to cure a non-starting issue. A known, good donor ECU was fitted to test all other possible faults and engine runs correctly. But the problem is finding a suitable ECU to replace the original spec: Bosch part no 0 261 200 051 - Porsche part no 911.618.111.03. I'm told any 1984 - 1989 ECU will be compatible if the correct EPROM for my vehicle is fitted. So does anyone know of a supplier or can recommend a reliable repairer?

You can have it repaired in the UK, perhaps you will get some answers here. If not call Charles Marsland for where he had his done. Contact number in Porsche Post in the 911 Carrera 3.2 column header.
