I have booked space at the "Cars The Star" Classic Car Show on 16th July at Heaves Hotel, Levens, Nr Kendal.
Gates open at 11.00am. There are a mixture of activities all day including soap-box gravity challenge, classic car and bike displays, and trade stands.
A concours is also available with classes broken down into Pre 1960, Pre 1970 and post 1970 sports cars, with similar for saloons. Malcolm Tyson won the saloon classs last year with his BMW. There are also a prize for the entrant with the best costume. to match thera of their car.
Just turn up, pay on the gate, and find where we have parked, and have a relaxing afternoon, in the South Lakes area
