The 2026 North West 100 touring run will be on a mixture of fast flowing A roads, passes and stunning scenery of Yorkshire and North Lancashire.
The route will start at Wetherby Services at 10.00am and take in the ever popular Buttertubs Pass and Ribblehead Viaduct on the way to Bridge House Tea Rooms in Wray near Lancaster, familiar to many and where we are always made very welcome. The distance to Wray will be approximately 100 miles. Directions will be by Google Custom Maps so that passengers can enjoy the scenery without having their heads buried in maps.
After a couple of hours for lunch and relaxation those who wish to can return following a route through the Trough of Bowland and back towards Wetherby but of course participants can take whatever route suits them. The total circular route will be close to 200 miles but short cuts can be taken to reduce the mileage.
Some people may wish to take advantage of being close to the Lake District and the Dales and choose to stay overnight in the area. Feel free to liaise with others on this group if you fancy planning accommodation etc.
In accordance with MSA rules there are no time limits nor compulsion to follow the suggested routes in order to allow participants to explore as they wish.

Unlike many car clubs we do not charge an entry fee for events like this, however we like to raise money for charities. On this occasion we will raise money for Yorkshire Air Ambulance and we invite members to put £10 per car or whatever you can afford into a cash collection on the day. That way we avoid the club having to pay VAT on the charity donations.
One never knows when we or our loved ones may need the YAA.
I look hope to receiving your entry.
Roger Goode R7 Coordinators Group member.
