Edinburgh Car Storage

I'm new here and think I've done the requisite searching and reading of the forum to try and answer this myself. So apologies if I've missed something. I am evaluating options to store my car in the Edinburgh area. I will use it at least 4 times a month, most months of the year.

1. What should I know about the garages I'm seeing for rent/sale in event I chose this option?
2. I've talked to a couple of car storage companies but the services are not oriented to someone like me who will use the car quite a bit. If that has changed or I've miss-understood something, happy to hear of recommendations
