The Yorkshire Porsche festival returns to Sewerby Hall and Gardens on the 29th September. Located on the East coast close to Bridlington, this outstanding venue with its beautiful gardens, a zoo, historic house and spectacular views out to sea has much to offer visitors.

Once again, we are being generously supported by Porsche Centre Hull and they will be bringing a display of beautiful Porsches and important new models for you to see. There will be live entertainment around the venue, and an ample selection of catering facilities. Feel free to indulge in the festival spirit by bringing a picnic, which you can enjoy on the lawns, as you relax and listen to the bands.

At this year’s event we are celebrating two special occasions; it is the 50th anniversary of the classic 911 Turbo. 2024 also marks the 25th anniversary of the equally iconic 911 GT3. Two variations on a theme, ‘maximum performance’ either by forced induction or naturally aspirated. These have been the poster cars, the objects of desire, that many have dreamt of. Some would say the 911 Turbo was the first true ‘supercar’ whereas the GT3 has become recognised as the pinnacle of performance.

It is our intention to display examples at the front of Sewerby Hall in an exhibition of power and beauty.
Please let us know if you would like your car to be included.

As last year, we have display areas both at the front and rear of Sewerby House. Access to the front being by the spectacular clifftop road, a rare opportunity to use this route which is not usually open to cars and as such, restrictions will be necessary.

Help required!
If you are interested in volunteering at the Yorkshire Porsche Festival, we would welcome members who could help with traffic direction on the day. Please contact us at r7eastriding@gmail.com

Ticketing:

Tickets for the event are £10 per person; a saving on the normal entry fee and entitles you to explore all the facilities at Sewerby, the money raised will be going to our nominated charity, Yorkshire Air Ambulance.

We have space for 150 cars on the front lawn, to park there you will need to arrive before 10.15am, and we would ask that you do not depart until 16.30pm, unless unavoidable.

We are sharing this route with the land train which commences service at 10.30.

The rear lawn has ample space for all other cars, we will open this entrance at 9.30am, and will have entertainment and catering in the area.

When you choose your tickets, directions and further details will be available to assist in your attendance.

To assist you on the day, please ensure you print your tickets, we recommend you also print the directions and relevant passes.

Please follow the directions to avoid arriving through Sewerby village, which has road restrictions.

Unfortunately I can't make it this year so I'll have my own lonely celebration of the Macan's 10th anniversary by driving it up to Aberdeen with two sets of golf gear and associated players, try that in a 911!
