Hello all.

I am trying to find any information on my late father’s 930. Dad died in September and I would love to know if his old 930 is still around.

He owned it for many years, it was guards red, registered in 1978 or 1979 (I cannot remember which). I think he bought it in Scotland and he sold it many years later to a chap from Guernsey or maybe Jersey.

it was registered LIJ 911 when he bought it but the plate is now on my 996 turbo.

it had a very distinctive interior which I have never seen on another car - two tone red and black leather.

With all the sadness of the last few months it would be great to find out if the car is still out there somewhere.

Hopefully someone may be able to help.

Julian.
