July has been quite busy, attending events and taking a holiday in the Outer Hebrides. If you do the NC500 I can recommend an extension to these islands where, despite being narrow, the roads are well surfaced and a delight to drive on. Of course, the scenery and beaches are spectacular, but, beware, everything shuts down on Sunday!
