Although you are reading February's issue I am writing this a week before Christmas. The recent weather has been unsettled to say the least over the last couple of weeks and today alone there are 58 flood alerts for the UK. Driving through floodwater can be disastrous for your car and is something that member Chris Baughan recently encountered himself. Chris had no choice but to drive through the water, which was passable, but the damage to his radiators was a different story. On removing his front bumper Chris was met with debris completely covering the radiators and he says, “No auxiliary grilles would have stopped this”.
