Tyres
It seems odd that every so often there is a run on track tyres. As mentioned in my last column, I had to source a set of Yokohama A052 track tyres, as the Pilot Sport Cups were unavailable in the sizes I need. Admittedly, it’s not a common size (I run 996.2 GT3 18” wheel sizes) and I guess the manufacturers are more focused on 19, 20 and now 21 inch these days. However, if they are on the books, they should supply them.
