You may recall I wanted to get my 996.1 GT3 ULEZ compliant. Step one was to ask Porsche (contact@porsche.co.uk) for the Certificate of Conformity (CoC). They forwarded the request to Porsche AG who provided it four weeks later, and at no cost. My thanks go to Porsche for this. Beware of some websites claiming to do this for a fee.
