Welcome to the Carrera GT Register
The Carrera GT Register covers the legendary Carrera GT (Project Code 980) the mid-engined supercar that was manufactured by Porsche between 2004 – 2006. It is the Club's smallest register currently with 2 registered members. Powered by a race-inspired 5.7 litre V10 with an output of 450 kW (612 hp), the 200 mph+ Carrera GT is noted for its pioneering use of pure carbon-fibre monocoque and subframe, dry sump lubrication and inboard suspension. With a total production run of just 1270 vehicles, the last Carrera GT was made on May 6th, 2006. Porsche GB supplied 49 Carrera GTs to UK customers. Unsurpisingly, the Register focuses on documenting and sharing information about these rare vehicles with other owners around the world. From time to time these cars take part in Club events.
