As I write this, the year feels as though it is rapidly coming to an end. And, what a mixed year it has been, starting with a second lockdown and a few things being allowed to open gradually. For our type of events though, no one would even consider taking provisional bookings until ‘Freedom Day’ finally happened on 19 July. Thankfully, before that date we were allowed to do some drives, but not breakfasts, and we kicked off with a 100-mile drive round East and West Sussex in May with other drives in June.
