A last-minute change of venue on 9 January didn’t dampen the enthusiasm of around 65 R17 members for the first Club night of 2024. We were delighted to welcome Laura and Mark from local dispensing opticians Solent Spectacles, who gave us a fascinating presentation on Hoya ‘Enroute’ night driving lenses which incorporate special anti-glare filters that improve night visibility, particularly in poor weather. We were delighted to see so many people attending a mid-January evening meeting.
