There has been much discussion about the event and we have tried very hard to maintain it on the calendar. Morgan have been as helpful and professional as possible all through but have now been compelled to significantly reduce the numbers they can accommodate for all the obvious reasons that I won’t bore you with.
We have therefore decided reluctantly, very reluctantly, to postpone the visit indefinitely and rearrange at a later date when normality has returned and we are able to offer it to all those who wish to come, in a format that will constitute a proper social event without restrictions.
Ken Swain and I have spent a lot of time trying to keep this event alive and I am sure you will join me in thanking Ken in particular for his efforts. We are determined it will eventually go ahead. In the meantime if anyone has any particular queries feel free to email or ring me.
