I am pleased to advise that we have made arrangements to visit the area of Mid Wales for the 2017 R21 WOTY. We will be staying at the Metropole Hotel in Llandrindod Wells for the weekend of 5th to 7th May. The hotel is a popular location for car clubs and has been used by other PCGB Regions and Registers in previous years. The owner of the hotel is a petrolhead and will be able to suggest some excellent driving routes for us to explore. The hotel facilities include a swimming pool and spa.
The plan is:

Friday 5th May - meet for drinks and dinner

Saturday 6th May - drive some of the wonderful roads in the area, including a visit to the dams and reservoirs of the Elan Valley

Sunday 7th May - for those staying on the Sunday evening, a visit to the Vale of Rheidol Railway which runs from Devils Bridge to Aberystwyth
To book you need to contact the Metropole Reservations department direct on 01597 823700 and quote Porsche Club WOTY 5/6th May. The rate is £70 per head per night which includes Bed, Breakfast and Evening Meal plus use of the leisure facilities. A £20 per person non-refundable deposit will be required when booking.
