Start point: Truckhaven, A6, near the bottom of the A601(M) spur from M6 J35 at Carnforth
Start time: TBC but likely to be approximately 10 for 10:30AM
There will be breakfast rolls, teas & coffees available: pay on the day, approximate numbers would be appreciated to minimise hold-ups.
End point: Gilpin Bridge Hotel on A590 near Levens
End time: likely to be around 1PM
Sunday lunch: menu to be confirmed and sent out by email nearer the time. To simplify admin I’ll probably be taking orders and full payment upfront. Any cancellations will result in a loss of deposit with the remainder refunded.
Afterwards there are plenty of places to visit nearby: The Lakeland Motor Museum and the bottom of Windermere are only 15-20 minutes away, Sizergh Castle and Sizergh Barn Shop are a few minutes’ drive away.
