R10 Rally
This month, I am very glad to have something more positive to report on after such a long time with no proper Region interaction for many months. Our very well subscribed to R10 Rally was a great success again and high numbers of members from across the Club took part in another fine day of motoring. Being effectively the first physical event for our Region in many months, it was great to meet everyone again and see so many smiling faces. The results of the ‘Show and Shine’ were: Paul Leggett (997.2) Overall Winner, Brian Lees (993 C2S) Best Air-cooled, Horace Marks (991.2 Turbo S) Best Water-cooled. The furthest to event distance award Peter White (Boxster). Unfortunately, there were no transaxle water-cooled cars present this time. Well done once again to Gary and the R10 Rally ‘team’ and Dove House Motors for all their welcome sponsorship and time. We’re already looking forward to next year’s.
