On the 3rd June, we’ll be able to combine cross-regional fraternisation, great driving roads, excellent food, ample parking, a very elegant setting and - fine weather permitting - al fresco ‘breakfasting’ in their secluded walled-courtyard. And all this for the barely believable cost of £14.00 per head.
We meet at 09.30 hours. Our venue is ‘The Woburn Hotel’ which, logically enough, is set in the heart of Woburn itself. It’s well known for its splendid grub and, as ever, there’s an extensive range of gluten-free and vegetarian options. There’s even a calorie-free option where you can sit glumly in the corner, eat and drink nothing at all and save yourself 14 quid.
Access to Woburn is manifold: so, pick a route, enjoy the drive, park in their large car park and appreciate the setting, the elegant and relaxing venue, the lovely food and make new cross-regional friends.
