Our first car event of the year, and also a busy month, was at Doddington Hall near Lincoln on Easter Sunday. We put on a good and varied display of cars in the courtyard area to the rear, It was nice to see familiar faces and cars again, plus some new ones. The Hall is a popular venue for visitors having an excellent and well supported farmshop, as well as 2 or 3 independent retail outlets selling clothing, not to mention the Hall and grounds themselves. The Lincolnshire Vehicle Trust was also providing a classic bus service to its nearby museum. The good weather brought out a large crowd and we had plenty of people coming to view the cars and talk about them all day.
