The UK's largest indoor classic car show returned

After a two year wait, the NEC Classic Motor Show returned for the first time since 2019.

While smaller than previous years, our Club stand remained in Hall One along with Porsche Cars Great Britain and Club partners Oracle Finance. The Club’s display featured our very own 1961 356, an original 1973 911 Carrera RS 2.7 and a fantastic example 1989 928. Also on display were a number of items from the Club’s archive, some of which have never left the Clubhouse before.

Porsche GB once again created an incredible display recreating a workshop environment to showcase some of the most sought-after models from their illustrious history as well as the products and services available from Porsche Classic Centres. Across the three days, a technician from Porsche Centre Leeds stripped and rebuilt the engine from a 2 litre 914 in a series of live demonstrations.

Also in Hall One was Derek Bell’s 924 Carrera GTS, joined by the near identical “sister” car owned by Ricky Caesar, both on display with the 924 Owners Club.
