If you have mobility issues that perhaps impacts on you when attending Club events, and you are currently a holder of a Government issued ‘Blue Badge’, then we would like to hear from you.
Our aim is to be at the heart of Porsche ownership and enjoyment for all our members. So, should you require some support or assistance when attending Club activities, we want to help and to do our best in offering you the best Club experience possible.
As a first step we are inviting everyone who is currently a Blue Badge holder to contact us by email to allow us to compile a register of members who could use a bit of friendly support. For example, with your express consent, we could discretely make Regional Organisers, Clubhouse staff or third-party event organisers aware that, where possible, we may need to make some special arrangements for you.
At this stage all we intend to do is compile a confidential register, then we will be back in touch with some ideas of how we can help.
To register, all we need is your name, membership number and a copy of both sides of your valid Blue Badge.
As we are all aware, disabilities are often not immediately apparent. Some people prefer to keep health issues private others are open about their conditions. Either way, as a Club for everyone, we will do whatever we can to offer support.
