Porsche Club GB returns to Festival of Speed

As far as motoring celebrations go, things don't get much bigger than the Goodwood Festival of Speed, which takes place from 25-28 June.

As far as motoring celebrations go, things don't get much bigger than the Goodwood Festival of Speed, which takes place from 25-28 June.

This year, Porsche returns with a collection of thrilling experiences, contemporary and historic vehicles, and factory drivers past and present.

Once again Porsche Club GB will be out in force with a display of members’ cars, Club Shop and of course will provide Club members somewhere to meet like-minded Porsche enthusiasts. The Porsche Club GB can be found on stand 320, near the family area.

The Porsche Experience Centre will be at the heart of Porsche's presence at the festival, positioned just behind the Molecomb corner grandstand and will showcases the latest Porsche models, including the boundary-breaking 911 GT3 RS and Cayman GT4, both make their UK debut. Demonstrating the Porsche maxim of intelligent performance, the Panamera and Cayenne E-Hybrid models will be joined by the extraordinary Porsche 918 Spyder.

Porsche will also be celebrating Le Mans victories past and present, from their latest remarkable 17th overall victory at this year's 24h of Le Mans to Derek Bell marking 40 years since his first win. Derek's tally of five victories – four of which were with Porsche – makes him the most successful British driver in the history of this iconic event. Taking to the Goodwood Hill will be examples of some of the many Porsche cars Bell drove in his career, including the 936, 956, and the very 962C in which he took his final win in 1987.

Tickets for Saturday and Sunday have now sold out, however there are limited tickets available for Thursday and Friday, available here. We hope to see you there!
