SALON PRIVÉ BLENHEIM PALACE
A very upmarket car show, with 50 years of the Turbo and 25 years of the GT3 being celebrated, this was definitely a weekend for Porsche enthusiasts to visit the home of the Duke of Marlborough. The event run by the Bagley brothers is a class above all other car gatherings showcasing both high-end cars plus anything from watches, clothing, art and even boats. And hosted in the most splendid baroque country home you could desire. If you have not been before book for next year as soon as you see it advertised.

CAFFIENE&MACHINE
New paint for the popular meeting place, out with the Bibendum man in with the Hong Kong based tyre company mural, also now supplying Audi as original equipment on their cars. Once again, a great drive into the Warwickshire countryside with everyone getting a few more wet miles under their wheels albeit dry for the day.

AUTUMN CLASSIC CASTLE COMBE
A damp start but no less enthusiasm. I am always impressed when you have a yellow weather warning with lightening filling the sky and everyone who signed up for the day turns up and fills the parking lot allocated for R16 by the Castle Combe team, including three 356 Porsches! Also, a huge thanks to Siobhan and her crew from HQ for bringing shelter and a friendly smile.
Historic ’66 911 seen at the Autumn Classic
As usual the turnout of racing cars from all manufacturers and all ages was impressive with a huge Ferrari showing of both classic and new vehicles, even having their own hospitality area.
