The Mach Loop (or Machynlleth Loop) in Mid-Wales is a renowned series of valleys (LFA7) used for high-speed, low-level training by RAF and international military aircraft. Situated between Dolgellau and Machynlleth, it allows spectators to watch jets like Typhoons and Hawks fly below them, often at altitudes as low as 250 feet.
The event will be split into 2 parts with a 4 1/2 hour looping drive from Trioscape garden centre Newent, Gloucester for everyone, then a further drive on to the Wynnstay hotel for those choosing to view the planes the next day where we will rest ovenight ready for any early start.
Hotel booking will be required by the individual coordinated by Richard Raybould who will give you a reference number R16MACH or 25881 rooms are being held until 6th March then its with standard availabilty.
