Lytes Cary visit and lunch

A themed event to fill up those passenger seats with partners, friends, family or pets ( dogs allowed in most areas, no llamas )

 

Lytes Cary is a medieval Manor House, with parts dating from the 14th century with a relatively modern Arts and Crafts style garden. From the 13th century it was the home of the Lytes family. Around 1578 Henry Lyte translated the Niewe Herball book on herbal remedies.

Group meet at Cross Hands Hotel (Old Sodbury, BS37 6RJ) at 08:00, depart 08:15, arrive Lytes Cary ~10:00 (Gardens and Estate opens 10:00, Manor House 11:00). Entrance free for NT Members, non Members £14/adult.

Depart Lytes Cary at 12:20 for ~30 minute drive to The Thatched Cottage, arriving ~12:50 for 13:00 Lunch. The Thatched Cottage General Manager Kieran is excited to welcome R16 and our Porsches.
