Join us for a very special private visit and lunch at one of the most exciting new automotive destinations in the Cotswolds.

We are delighted to invite members to The Firs, the spectacular new home of Tom Hartley Jnr near Hook Norton.

Far more than a traditional showroom, The Firs has been created as a destination for some of the world’s most significant road, racing and collector cars, bringing together Formula One machinery, modern hypercars, supercars  and exceptional classics under one roof in an exceptional setting and with first class facilities for the visitor to experience.

Tom Hartley Jnr has handled an extraordinary roll call of cars, including McLaren F1s and P1s, Ferrari F40s, the Ferrari Enzo and 288 GTO, Porsche Carrera GT and 918 Spyder, together with historically important competition cars.

The new showroom has also housed Grand Prix-winning Formula One cars, a Le Mans-winning Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa and one of only four Works Aston Martin DBR1s.

For Porsche enthusiasts in particular, Tom Hartley Jnr has handled some exceptional Stuttgart machinery, including the Porsche 918 Spyder, Carrera GT, 911 GT1, 964 Turbo S Leichtbau, 964 RSR and 911 GT3 RS 4.0, as well as the extraordinary modern Porsche 935.

The precise collection on display continually evolves, so we cannot guarantee which individual cars will be present on the day. What we can promise is a fascinating opportunity to experience The Firs and the calibre of cars for which Tom Hartley Jnr has become internationally renowned and the amazing first class experience that the facility presents.

Our visit will include time to enjoy the showroom, the facilities and its cars, followed by refreshments and lunch at The Firs courtesy of Tom Harley Junior.

You will not be permitted any access earlier than the event timing, so please plan to arrive promptly but not earlier. No other vehicles or guests, other than those registered will be permitted in our event.

Attendance is strictly limited to:

40 guests
20 cars

Advance booking is therefore essential. We will hold a waiting list up to the event but no changes are permitted less than a week before.

PLEASE NOTE: When booking you are consenting to your full name, a contact telephone number and the registration number of the car you will be bringing, to be shared with the facility for their records on the day.

If you wish to bring a "plus one" that is great, but we need you to provide (with their consent) their full name and contact telephone number on the basis that too will be shared with the facility. Your guest must be travelling with you in your vehicle.

All places must be confirmed by this date.

Please only book if you are confident you will be able to attend. Due to the arrangements being made specifically for our group, places cancelled after 2 November cannot be reallocated or amended,  even if other members would like to attend. That would be such a shame to waste a space. With just 40 places available, we expect this very special visit to be popular, so early booking is strongly recommended.
