May Breakfast at Wellington Farm Café

By now an institution on R19’s breakfast-round, it requires no introduction: quite simply, we’re off to Wellington Farm for its ever popular Café.

Fare ranges from a full-English to vegetarian to ‘gossamer-light’ with Eggs Royale in between.

Muster stations are at 09.00 hours for chow-down by 09.30 hours. Location is about 8 miles southwest of Reading - with some decent driving roads in the environs to work up an appetite.

There’s ample parking of course and, despite the farming venue, you won’t need a 911 Dakar and a pair of Wellington namesakes to enter or exit.

Plates, as well as tea and coffee cups, will runneth over for just £17 a head. Amazingly, for 2026, they’ll also throw in a free plate, cutlery and napkin.
